The picturesque town of Hoi An, located near Da Nang, is one of the most fascinating destinations for travelers in Vietnam.
Its historic old town, known for beautifully preserved wooden architecture, colorful lanterns, and a unique atmosphere, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site – and truly a highlight of your journey.
🚌 Tour Overview
In the morning, we will pick you up directly at the cruise terminal – perfectly timed with your ship’s docking schedule. In small groups (maximum of 16 guests), you’ll travel in a comfortable, air-conditioned minibus along the scenic coastline toward Da Nang – the largest city in Central Vietnam.
Along the way, you’ll enjoy breathtaking photo stops and spectacular panoramic views – especially from the famous Hai Van Pass (available only from Chan May port), offering dramatic vistas over mountains and sea.
🏞️ The Marble Mountains
About 10 kilometers south of Da Nang, you’ll explore the Marble Mountains – a cluster of five marble and limestone hills rising up to 100 meters in height.
You’ll visit Son Thuy Mountain, where you can climb stone steps to ancient pagodas and enjoy views of the coastline.
Optionally, you can also visit a local stone carver and learn about traditional Vietnamese craftsmanship.
🍜 Discover Hoi An
After about 30 more minutes on the road, you’ll arrive in Hoi An, a true cultural gem rich in history and charm.
In the heart of the old town, you’ll enjoy lunch at a handpicked, well-known local restaurant.
Then you’ll immerse yourself in the historic atmosphere of Hoi An’s UNESCO-protected center:
- Stroll through narrow, lantern-lit streets
- Visit the famous Japanese Covered Bridge, traditional Chinese merchant houses, temples, and the renowned Phung Hung House
- Soak up the unique ambiance of traditional architecture, vibrant markets, and centuries-old culture

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation within 14 days prior to the tour: 40% of the tour price (plus $25 per person for port entry permit if cancelled within 7 days)
- Cancellation within 7 days prior to the tour: 65% of the tour price (plus $25 per person for port entry permit)
- Last-minute cancellation or no-show: 100% of the tour price
- Cancellation of port entry permit within 10 days of the tour: $25 per person
In case of illness or other valid reasons, cancellation costs may be reimbursed by your travel insurance (if included in your coverage).
