• Pick-up: Directly at Heritage Quay for cruise passengers
• Not permitted: Pets, large bags/suitcases, glass bottles
• Capacity: 6 persons per Tuk Tuk (4 adults + 2 children; one adult required per child)
• Group size: 36 guests in total
• Arrival: Please be at the meeting point at least 30 minutes before departure
• Note: Not recommended for pregnant women beyond the 6th month
• Weather policy: In case of weather-related cancellation, you will receive a rebooking or refund
• Recommendation: Bring a small bag with hat, sunscreen, towel, and camera
