Pick-up: Cruise ship guests can be picked up directly at Heritage Quay.
Tuk Tuk capacity: Maximum 6 guests per Tuk Tuk (4 adults + 2 children). Each child must be accompanied by an adult.
Maximum group size: 36 guests in total.
Arrival: Please arrive at the meeting point at least 30 minutes before departure.
Not permitted: Pets, large bags or suitcases, and glass bottles.
Pregnancy: The tour is not recommended for guests who are 6 months pregnant or more.
Weather policy: If the tour is cancelled due to weather conditions, you will receive the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
Payment Information: The remaining balance can be paid in British Pounds (£), US Dollars (USD) or Euros (€)
