Sledding in Oslo
Sledding in Oslo takes you to the Korketrekkeren, the famous toboggan run in the forest above the city. Indeed, the track drops through the trees over a length of around two kilometres. Moreover, sleds are provided and the metro carries you back to the top.
Down the Korketrekkeren
The run follows the old bobsleigh track from the 1952 Winter Olympics. From the top station, the ride winds down through snow-covered forest with plenty of curves. At the bottom, the metro takes you straight back up for another go. Above all, it is simple, safe fun for adults and children alike, and a genuinely local way to spend a winter day.
