Dune Bashing

This is the short, pure version of the desert experience: dune bashing and nothing else. Indeed, it is the thrill of a rollercoaster, only with sand. Moreover, pick-up is at around 10:00 at the cruise terminal exit.

Thirty to Forty-Five Minutes of Sand

The jeep carries you out to the dune fields, where the driver drops the tyre pressure and begins. The vehicle climbs the ridges, tips over the crests and slides down the far sides in long arcs. The driving section lasts around thirty to forty-five minutes, which is plenty. Afterwards, you are driven back to the ship or dropped at the Dubai Mall if you prefer to carry on into town.
