Israel is called at from two sides on a cruise: Eilat on the Red Sea in the south, and Ashdod and Haifa on the Mediterranean. Depending on the port, quite different destinations are within reach. We accompany you with an English-speaking guide and match the timing to your ship’s port call.

Desert in the South, History in the North

Around Eilat the Negev desert begins right behind the town, with its canyons and rock formations – best experienced by jeep. The town itself lives from the Red Sea and its coral reefs. From Ashdod the tours lead to Jerusalem, on to Bethlehem or down to the Dead Sea. From Haifa you travel to the Christian sites around the Sea of Galilee, to Nazareth and Capernaum.

A dress code applies at holy sites: shoulders and knees covered.
On Shabbat, from Friday evening to Saturday evening, much of public life pauses.
