Wadi Rum Sunset
This is the afternoon version of our Wadi Rum tour, timed for the light at the end of the day. Indeed, pick-up is at around 14:30 at the port of Aqaba. Moreover, the desert looks quite different in the low evening sun.
The Desert at Golden Hour
As in the morning tour, Bedouin drivers take you by four-wheel drive into the sandstone region, past towers and arches shaped by wind and time. However, in the late afternoon the rock shifts from ochre through orange to deep red, and the dunes throw long shadows. There is time to climb a ridge and watch the sun drop behind the rock walls. Above all, the temperature is far more comfortable at this hour than at midday.
